It's set in 2016, after 4 years of infestation, the safe zones have begun to expand outward again. The gameshow is made by a coorporation to help inspire people, and generate wealth for twisted company, in a tron world.

Any weapons used, must be brought in with you, and repaired with what you find in the city.
The more orginal the design, the more chance you have against the limited intelligence of a zombie.
