This ship has been lost at sea for years. The spirits of the ship's captain and crew remain, and their greed and plunder radiates throughout the ship. Those who set foot on the ship seem to feel that essence.
Effect: Plunderer's Repose
The ship is constantly rocking and slightly slippery. Speed becomes equal to awareness, and characters lose if they fall overboard. Neutral characters use the higher of the two stats for both speed and awareness or, if they are equal already, gain +1 to one or the other at their discretion.

Wait, so let me see if I got this right. All non-Neutral element characters have their speed equal to their awareness? I'll pull the fighters from example. So Deathweaver (he's the only non-neutral character revealed so far) has his speed reduced to 2 since his Awareness is 2 but his speed is three. However, the second part confuses me. I got the part of equal speed and awareness, meaning that Immelmann, being a fighter that has that, will either raise his speed or awareness by 1 since he's a Neutral type. However, does this mean that someone like War Wolf (a Neutral type character whose Speed and Awareness are not equal) will have their stats shifted according to the higher of the two? As in, a Neutral type character whose stats are 2/2/3/2 will have their stats become 2/3/3/2 since the awareness is higher..
Ohter than that, this stage is gonna pretty *dolphin chirp*ing awesome! (guess where I got that dolphin chirp bit from)

Good, glad to know that it will be the case. But this is one case where lower speed might not be a detriment, when you have an arena that is rocking back and forth you MIGHT actually want to stand still, use something as mooring, and then maybe your opponent will end up beating himself by accidentally going overboard. You would be doing things slowly anyway so awareness would be far more important than speed in a battle like this.
And yes, the Lazy Town Pirate song would make a great BGM for this course if you were using music.
