Background: Only child of a famous, retired mixed-arts fighter who was known as Cristian, who was also a very good friend of Cristoff's father when he used to live. These friendship their fathers had, made their kids, Cristoff and Marcos to know each other since pups and later on turning them into brothers after Cristoff's parents perished in an accident.
Marcos' father always wished for his own, only son would follow in his footsteps, so he trained him since he was 11 years old. Marcos never truly showed an interest in his father's sport, but he still kept training anyway.
Three years of training made Marcos sure that this is not what he truly wanted, so he stopped training, His father, even if disappointed, had no other choice but to leave him be, so he put more attention on Cristoff who had more interest to practice than Marcos at that age, pulling the father-son relationship further apart. Marcos, filled with jealousy of his own father's attention to Cristoff, kicks him in the side of his knee while having an argument of a kiss that Cristoff stole from Marcos. After this, Marcos' father notices his mistake and apologizes with his two sons, which tightened the family bonds they shared.
Years later, Marcos leaves kick-boxing to help his brother train and later on he shares his brother's fame as his representative. Back then, Cristoff's excesses made Marcos scold his brother, but he, blinded by his fame ends up firing his own brother. Marcos, unhappy and furious about Cristoff's attitude decides to reveal Cristoff's injured knee secret to one of his future rivals.
After he made Cristoff's career burn to the ground and after the attempted suicide of his brother, Marcos was filled with guilt and regret so he comes back to him and supports him in his rehab and keeping their own little secret hidden since then.
Apparently, they live happily together up until now.
