Hang on a tic... is this a scene from the book Redwall?

Awesomely drawn, but it was my Brian Jaques (sp?) sensor that really made me take a second look.

This is not, haven't ever even read those books! I -think- it's a coincidence that the characters maybe look similar. It'd be even more coincidental if this was actually a scene from it, because like I said, never read 'em, haha.

Sneaking past a snake in a cave to get a magic sword? Yes, that's exactly out of the book. Probably just coincidence, and a pretty awesome one at that.

Love the lighting, perspective, and composition in this! You are really getting great at that! I need to push myself when I have time to do more "mood lit" pieces with backgrounds.
