A mysterious noise
Miles yawns and rolls over in bed to look at his clock.”7:13...time to try to get up for the third time today.”He slowly rises up in bed and stretches again and cracks his knuckles he then turns and stands up and stretches again.”Its still early more...*yawns*sleep.”He falls back on bed and sighs then a knock came to his room door and he could hear a cute sounding female voice on the other side preceded by a loud growling noise.
“Foxy you up yet?The voice said.
“*sigh*...Then again..yeah Guki I'm up gimme a sec to put some pants on.”He gets outta bed and puts a pair of blue jeans on and opens his door there he spotted Guki with a strange look on her face.”Hey whats wrong with you?
“Bathroom!”She said impatiently and fast.
“Oh yeah sure go ahead.”Miles move outta the way and lest Guki pass as he heads for the kitchen.
“Miles! You're up early it isn't noon yet!”A voice said from inside the refrigerator.
Miles squints his eyes and widens them and as they adjust to the light he spots Xan giving him a surprised look.”Oh heh I'm just full of surprises!”Miles said scratching his head.
“And put on a shirt!Guki is here y'kno!Xan said a bit annoyed.
“C'mon Xan Guki doesn't mind...right?Miles said with a puzzled look on his face.
“Well I know I don't wanna see.”Xan sad with a very annoyed look on his face.
“What are you guys talking about?”Guki asked as she exited Miles' room.
Miles turns around and looks Guki up and down.”Hey Guki do you mind me walking around without a shirt?”
“Not at all it doesn't bother me.”She says cutely and giggles.
Miles blushes a bit and smiles then he looks over his shoulder and give Xan a triumphant smile as Xan gives him an evil look.
“Hey that reminds me Guki when you came to my door what was that growling noise?”Miles asked with a puzzled look on his face.
Xan closes the refrigerator and snickers quietly.
“Hm?What noise?”She said with an innocent look on her face.
“Never mind it was probably just me...anyway either one of you seen Lillian?”Miles said as he st reached flexing to show off in front of Guki.
“She left with Flame earlier.”Xan said in disgust at Miles' showing off.
Miles stops showing off and hangs his head low and loses his happy mood.”Oh...ok then.”
Xan gives him a sympathetic look.”Look don't worry about her I doubt Flame will let her get hurt.”
Before Miles can say anything he hears that growling noise this time louder.*GGGGGGGGRRRRRRROOOOOOWWWWWLLLLL*”Ok tell me you didn't hear that!”
“I didn't.”Xan said chuckling to himself.
“I didn't hear anything”Guki said trying to hold back a smile.
“i must be going crazy...”Miles said as he headed to his room only to be interrupted by that very same growling noise again. *GGGGGGGGRRRRRRROOOOOOWWWWWLLLLL*”OK enough!”Miles said out loud to nothing.
“Hey Xan do you think we should tell him?”Guki whispered to Xan
“Heh I dunno this kind of opportunity doesn't come around too often.”Xan said snickering
“C'mon Xan!”Guki said impatiently
“Fine tell him.”Xan said. a bit disappointed
“Theres no need.”Miles said as he stood against a wall.”Your tummy right Guki?
“Xan & Guki both gives Miles a surprised look.”You knew?”
“Uh yeah I just herd you two”Miles said.”Part cat enhanced hearing you know.”
“Then listen”Guki said Cutely.
“I did.”Miles said.
“No my belly!”Guki said excitedly.
“W-w-what?”Miles said with a surprised look on his face.
“Please foxy.”Guki says cutely.
“Not the face!”Miles gives in and decides to listen.
