im very indecisive of the rest of the markings and the hair and clothes and such but i know for sure of the fluffy rainbow tail and blue ears w/ black tips

alright. hmm. i dunno, markings are pretty tough. x -x; is she a particular type of cat? looking at different types could help with creating her markings.
