This is something that I rough sketch when I had some spare time.
It is a rough top down look at Jack Harkness's vortex manipulator.
I am considering commissioning someone to help me make one
that can be worn both in and out of fursuit. If anyone knows who I
might ask for info about this idea, please comment here.
I know the image is on its side, that is because I uploaded
it from my phone. I will correct it from home soon. ^_^

The Vortex Manipulator is a device worn by Captain Jack Harkness in both the new Doctor Who & Torchwood BBC TV series.
“Time Agents were each given a vortex manipulator. Vortex manipulators used and issued by the Time Agency were housed
in leather wrist-straps with a covering flap, enabling the device to be worn conveniently by the Time Agent without drawing
attention to the device itself.”
