Those of you who have been wondering why my comics are hand drawn lately, this is why. I'm hoping that this all means that all my bad luck is happening all at once in January and the rest of the year will be smooth sailing. Basically we had car troubles, one of Uriel's monitors breaking, and my Yiynova breaking all in one week's span. (The Yiynova tablet is currently being replaced. According to UPS it will be on my doorstep tomorrow)

Saying all that though, I do have fun with these comics even though they tend to look 'rougher'. I tend to be paranoid about my handwriting as it was something I was poked and teased about a great deal, but my printing is better than my cursive at least.

These are drawn with a technical pen and then inked with a brush, the toning is done with gray copic markers and the borders are drawn with an archival quality sharpie. I don't use a ruler on the borders so they can be a little wonky.

Also, it was Uriel's idea to have the kitties fighting in the last panel. But for the record they get along pretty well.
