This is actually my first ever piece of digital artwork, created all the way back in mid-2005. Idai here was drawn and coloured in on a website called ArtPad, which I'm not even sure exists anymore. He's also had a bit of a redesign since then.
The background - night sky, cityscape, moon and all - was all done using a combination of MS Paint and OpenCanvas.
