Delightfully full of flavour and colour this is a salad to please from the kithens of  gregg

One of the most basic, easy to make salads. In my opinion, also one of the most delicious.

Ingredients:
Roma (Or Red On The Vine) Tomatoes
Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
Fresh Basil
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:
Slice tomatoes and mozzarella into thin slices.
Basil can be cut chiffonade, torn up by hand, or whole as preferred. I find hand tearing makes it more aromatic and visually pleasing.
Layer tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil, dribble olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top. Add salt and pepper.
