So a couple of days ago, I was thinking , and this idea came to mind. A possible new race from me. Something more .. unique.
These creatures can have two forms: arms with wings, and wings AS arms. So I drew her half and half. They do not have to be just feline. They can have other animals from the neck up, but the rest of the body is typically the same. If she gets some interest, I may make some adoptables with different color schemes and such.
Yes, her neck is meant to be a little longer. And yes, she super sickly skinny. All on purpose.
