very nicely done, however you might want to work on teh start of the laughs a bit. each time you start it it sounds more breathe than laugh. It's like..THIS close to perfection *holds fingers very close together*

Hm, maybe I could edit the breath part out, since this is supposed to be a mechanical character? If not, any other suggestions would be appreciated.

mechanical to what degree? IF its partially mechanical, breath is still quite viable. if its pure machine, then the breathe sound would need to be sort of programed into it. Again though, it's already so good that it might only need a bit of tweaking

Pure mechanical. The breath could be eliminated totally, though it might mess with the sound a bit.
