This picture is outstanding. It captures one of the cutest moments in cartoon history. I think Marian is truly the unsung "disney princess" She is feminine, gracious, gentle unpretentious and loving. She is beautiful in so many ways. It is truly a wonderful archetype to aspire to. I hold her and Robin in much the same esteem you do. I keep an image on my desk top of them after being married, just to remind me of the things that are most beautiful and good in life to me. Here's hoping there's a Marian for me.

Oh, my gosh! Thank you for sharing that with me. Those are -several- of my favorite Disney characters there - Miss Bianca, Marian, one of the Cinderella mice... um... Skippy's sister (forget her name). What was this? What was it -going- to be, I should say? Sorry for talking your ear off, I'm just intensely intrigued by this.

Lol no worries ^^. I just learned about it myself. Apparently it was meant to be a planned short that would bring in so many iconic and lovable female Disney characters together, especially the princesses that celebrated their legacy, even Alan Menken was brought on for the music and songs. But sadly it was cancelled, for reasons I honestly don't know. Which is a major shame because it could've been really good. And you talking my ear off? Nah XD, I'm one of those who enjoys a good conversation =p. After seeing this, I just thought you would be interested in seeing that project lol.
