Mindy is Kelly’s older sister and a former URA agent. Mindy left the URA four months before Kelly joined in three years ago; she hasn’t been heard from ever since she left but always keeps her sister informed. But she never told her the new life she has been living for three years; the life of injustice.

Mindy’s suit is a combination of the stolen URA techs and some of Powerline’s experimental weapons. The biggest aspect of her suit is the cape itself. The cape allows her to phase through solid objects, create portals, levitation, and teleportation. These skills however drains most of the power the cape uses and would require solar energy to recharge it. It doesn’t discourage her as she uses her fighting skills and use of weaponry as her secondary skill.

Despite her villainous nature, she does not kill nor seek any target; but she will hurt those who oppose her. Mindy can also be affectionate; which sets her apart from the other super villains. Mindy’s skills may just be at the level with Deuse, but only time will tell if Kelly would see her sister the way she is now.
