Back in 2003 I wrote:
MUAHAHAHAHA! Phear the vector layer! =B I was playing around with PSP and decided to see what the vector layer option does... I took a photo of Clint's.... Did this and that.. and voila! I know it's not exactly perfect but hey, for one who's just learning to mouse draw, I think it's damn good =P
