A pic of my car, just got it not too long ago in fact and it's freakin awesome! Despite how old it is, it handles abit better, if not the same, as most new cars I've driven in the past. Able to make turns at like 40+ mph and not slide nor chirp the tires and with only stock market parts too.
I plan to upgrade/restore it soon enough and hold onto it, I never thought I would like Porsches but I see now, they handle REALLY nice like and can last you some time too if you take care of them properly ^-^
Some work has been done to it but overall nothing is wrong with it, being the only problems of natural wear and tear of daily use and going though life But this car gonna feel and be young again once I get enough dough and the right tools =D

4 samurai's 1 1973 econoline with 302 2000$ on master card
tools clamps air compressor benches 5000$ on master card
3 spare g13a and 1 spare g13b engines 2 spare trannies a set of axles 2000$ on master card
finding you have no time to fix any of them priceless XP
my suggestion is do not put it off at all trea it as work show up clock in work then clock out else nothing will get done. also i've had very good results using craftsman tools they are high grade and easier to get a replacement immediatly than mac or snapon also they are cheaper just go to sears.

i wouldnt say they're the best ever but when it comes to handling on the road and track, theres almost no competitor, i mean shit, my mustang was tuned to the max, able to take turns at 50+ mph and sharp ones too but this thing can take turns at about that speed just stock! =O so yea, it's definantly a sport no doubt and i think it was the 928 that was the luxury one but with a monster hemi in that little thing XD
My philosophy that almost any car can take turns at high speeds if the right person is driving and the car is tunned properly. Before, with my s40, which is considered a grandmas car, could pull a 0-60 time in about 5.7 secs. The suspension was also K Sport Coilovers which produced one of the best sports rides ever, 1.5inch drop in the front and rear, with front diffuser, that car could take sharp corners with no tire squeal (Pierelli PZero Nero tires ) it was amazing. But I have to agree that European car makers like Porsche and Ferrari have made insanely good cars. And when it comes to handling the Porsches can only be rivaled by Ferrari (and some Japanese cars but i wont get into that).
so true x3 but i had H&K suspension system of my mustang and modified it heavily to get it as low and wide as i had it plus i had my cousin install a counter weight system in the back so if i made high speed turns i virtually didn't have to slow down for it since as soon as the computer sensed too much weight going to one side it would send the counters to the other side to keep all wheels down and weighted x3 it was freakin awesome, my limit was about 75+ mph when the tires would finally scream (Yoko tires) but they still held on tight despite all the power.
but yea, as for power, you seem like you know some stuff bout Porsche performance, i only know of their suspension and marvelous handling but maybe you could help me when it comes time to work on the engine x3

I live in South Africa, which makes that specific model even harder to find. 944's and 928's are a common sight tho. The other day i saw a yellow 1973 911 Carerra RS 2.7, it drove right past me... Those are so very rare, and it was in an awesome condition. It flew past me, with that huffling flat six growl *shivers*
Thanks for the offer, wuff!
