Say hi to Luca!
He was first created in late 2007, after someone (I forget who) mentioned I should have been an aquatic animal to reflect my love of diving. At first I had considered turning my fursona, Idai, into a fox-otter hybrid, but instead left him intact and created a brand new character.
This picture is from the same time that Luca came to be, and took me ages to colour and shade since I was trying out some new techniques at the time; adding folds and creases to the clothing, adding fur texture and having the outlines not stand out so much. I think those worked well.
