I sat on this pic for so long, I feel dumb. Even though I finished this monster I wasn't sure if I would keep uploading stuff regularly again. I didn't know what to do. But waiting more would be kinda bad.

It's like a follow up to my other lugia pic. Well, it is that. Even though this lugia is thinner. It is the same world, only above the water now. It had an odd source of influence, mario sunshine.
