Kau was a hermit by nature. He spoke little and preferred to be alone, something the others were want to give the seemingly violent male. When he came across a little beaten, dusty, green lump in the deserts of his claimed lands-he finally smiled. He cared for her the best he could, called her Kitten for her constant rambunctious personality and ability to go from play to sleep to eating without any stops or warning. He taught her about nature, and she taught him something more important.

The detail you put into the bodies are just fantastic. The male looks so rugged, with the scars crossing his face and the jagged horns, but you conveyed the softness in his eyes so perfectly. The varying thickness in the lines really helps make certain aspects pop more than others. The only thing that might be taken for future consideration is the back legs of the small girl. The leg closest to the male seems to be placed a bit too low, it might be the butt cheek being too low in placement. Other than that this is perfect! The coloring is great and very detailed. The background gives a sense of the environment, but doesn't take away from the characters.
