So here is another experiment from silver's kitchen. Its a chicken breast cut in half seasoned with salt and pepper and marinated in a Balsamic Herb marinade for 1 and then in to a convection oven at 400* for 25 minutes turning every 10 minutes and topped with fresh cilantro and a pinch of rosemary. Served with a side of cilantro rice made in a rice cooker with fresh cilantro and a pinch of salt, a side salad topped with salt pepper and onion powder and ranch dressing. And a honey mustard/miracle whip sauce :)
