This is most likely a case of employee stupidity and lazyness. We had much the same thing occur with us last year. A few photographs melded into one sent to the CEO of the Company with an explanation of the photograph and one question; 'WHY?" returned an answer;

"Our shipping people are being reminded of correct procedure, thank you for bringing this to our attention."

You might try the same thing.

You may be right. Someones gonna get it I betcha, that's a fast way to put a company out of business. We kept the wrapping paper, the box was so cheap it tore like newsprint, and I've been drawing ancient forgotten maps on it then using it as shipping paper to friends..

Me too. Most weird is when the product already comes packaged, and they add extra packaging for shipping, although the first layer would have protected the items perfectly.

eh it was free, if you have a cat it has a toy, if not if you place the box outside you have a cat trap

At first I thought it was a phone somebody dropped in the box it's happened to me I ordered my tail and when I got it it came with a i phone so I went through it and found it was the guy I bought it from phone it had so much Furry porn on it lol and so then the phone started to ring so I picked it up and it was his grandmother so I started chatting with her and she gave me her grandsons address and so I shipped it back to him and wrote on a not - dear sir erase your history p.s good choice on some of them pics- and for fun I took a picture of ma face and posted it on his wallpaper x3
