So it's been a while since I've gotten a commission from the amazing  toddlergirl so I figured it was the right time to get another one!


What I really love about this one is how it's very unique for my character in the aspect that to me, this one makes him look more like an actual baby.

Usually in my cub pics, the character looks "cooler". Even in the other two toddlergirl did for me that was the case. And I really love that because it makes it that much more cute and cuddly, IMO.


But with this one, he looks more like an actual baby. The funny thing is...in some ways, that's actually a little bit of an uncomfortable feeling, just because IRL, I actually am not partial to babies.


But....that's what makes this so wonderful. Seeing my character more like an actual baby actually taps into a really deep feeling of personal memory for me....it's almost like it touches on a really powerful sense of innocence and vulnerability. And that's what's at the center of my whole babyfur experience, so that's what makes this such an awesomely unique pic.


I think what does it the most for me is the cheeks. They look chubby like an actual baby's does, and they also have that rosy-cheeked infant pink to them. It makes me look like a little cherub. Of course, the diaper, blankie, and thumb-sucking add to the vibe as well.



But it's awesome, because even though I described the general pose to toddlergirl, I also asked her to make the pic as cute as she possibly could, and she worked her magic and made my character look like an actual baby! So it's really awesome!
