In my mind, this is a good example of why you respect and show love and gratitude to your kills, in hunting.

Aboriginal cultures in the Amazon see the deer as the most evil spirit in their forests, and yet in the Americas, Deer is staple. It is because we respected and valued our kills, and thus they gave us the same courtesy, the same forgiveness that they give the wolf, and the coyote, and the bear. This mutual respect is also why we kill as cleanly as possible, to reduce their pain.

Sorry I went on a tirade. I can't wait to see/hear more of this character.

I love your art, it reminds me of "Liška Bystrouška", in that way human beings intrude on nature without really ever understanding what we do. I don't regret civilization, but it would be nice if we didn't have it at the expense of those things which do us no harm and which we do not need to destroy.

Incidentally, I believe I sent you a note, I very much would like to buy some of your originals if they're for sale. That is if you aren't working entirely in digital media.
