He does. In "Spike at Your Service", he has a list of things he wants to do, one of them being to "sniff his dirty feet". He sniffs his feet and loves the smell. Tell me how that's not a foot fetish.

XD It's at the very beginning before the intro. Twilight gives him the day off and he decides to finally go through a list of things he's been dying to do, the last being to sniff his feet.
