Big things are happening for Frolic starting in February. In the future, you'll start to see some improvements as we try to step things up and bring you a higher level of production.

We are starting by extending the hours, and adding an extra hour on at the beginning of the night. All you who like to get there early should enjoy this. We'll be starting at 8pm. And this means that we will be having an extra dj each month, starting at 8pm. And at 8pm, everything will be up and running, the door will be running, coat check will be open, everything that we later started at 9pm will start at 8pm. We have raised the cover by $1 to help cover the extra expenses, we do hope you don't mind...

And don't worry, drink specials will still go as late as they always did, and we still be going until 2am. And if you still want to get there before we officially start the door at 8pm, that's not a problem either, as the bar opens at 5pm.

This month, we've got 4 DJs that you will love!

Starting the night we've got DJ Househead (8:00-9:30). Originally from Idaho, now living in the Bay Area, he plays some good shit. After him is a regular Frolic guest DJ Shiranui (9:30-11:00), from Berkeley. Following him is resident DJ NeonBunny (11:00-12:30). Closing out the night is one of Burning Man Camp Fur's sister camp (Paradise Motel) dj's, Studly Caps (12:30-2:00).

That's 6 hours of non stop dance music to keep your feet moving all night long!

Skibit and MaliePono will also be doing live video mixing and lighting controls.
