I love, love these birds. They're right up there with Chickadees and barn owls as some of my favourites. They live in climates with lots of coniferous trees, like northern Canada, and are also known as Robber Jays and Whiskey Jacks. Very saucy, very devious, and curious. Lovely to look at too, and clever! They're one of the most fun things to watch where the family cabin is, so I made my dad a little one for Christmas this year.
