Not Baby Tooth actually! Baby Tooth is the only one with a yellow feather like Toothiana on her head, that's why Jack nicknamed her Baby Tooth. I actually didn't know that t'ill I looked at the Guardians wiki. I'm not quite sure what they call the little tooth's.

I'm sure if I took the time I could find it, but it was so deep. Like, it was amazing and it could be a possibility. Saying that it was part tooth(created from her), but also Jack(Or jack's sister). It gave explanation onto why he was protected of baby tooth and how she was looking out for him. I doubt it, but that mole makes me wonder.
Ya, but him getting close to Baby Tooth is also explained by that being the only fearie they could save, as well as the only one who looks like Tooth, hence the nickname.
I'm sure the story sounds great. I love reading things like that, it's just usually not true, we won't know t'ill they tell us anyhow!
