While not related to her, Justice Jellyfish is Gynette's honorary aunt since she's the sidekick to her uncle, the Municipal Enforcer https://www.furaffinity.net/view/5629785/ . Even though she's an electrically-charged jellyfish, J.J. can completely control her tendrils to avoid stinging or shocking someone when she touches them, hence the massage here.

He'd be the kind of person who'd start off as a hero trying to right the wrongs of society who quickly descends into madness and violence when he sees the situation is utterly hopeless. I should know, I've thought often on this scenario.
