Well this here was a gift for a good friend of mine for Xmas. I was very glad to hear that he loved it as much as he did.
This is a Wolfweave chainmail bracelet. Wolfweave is an interesting European 4-1 variant that involves an extra ring in the middle. When it is made with two rows of middle rings like in this piece and it sits right it almost looks like jaws so I call them the wolfweave "teeth" The cool thing is they add more color and jingle to the weave. It has become a favorite of my friends and of mine very quickly and I already have another custom wolfweave commission ordered which I will post as soon as it is doe and I get a picture of it.
The bracelet is made form 14G and 3/8" rings with blue,black and turquoise rings.And a stainless steel tube clasp. I know the picture does not capture it very well and you can hardly see the turquoise "teeth" It is about 8 inches long and 3 inches thick.

These rings are anodized aluminum and yeah the machine and things you need to get them those colors are not cheap and not easy. So I bought them and they are machine cut. One day I would love to be able to make my own rings like that but there is no way i can afford an anodizer nor a jewelers saw. I can and do make non colored rings and cut them myself it is just such a pain.
