tire?

Lol yep. I was making something out of an old tire. Unfortunately cutting holes in it is very difficult and time consuming, so that project has been stalled

did you try heating a good knife up until it's red hot? it'll stink, but it might work if you go fast enough.

I've been using a leather punch. I found knives don't work well on rubber.

Well, the first post beat me to it, but I have to say... The room wouldn't be complete without the random tire shoved under the desk, the random coke bottles, or Philade[lphia] book sticking out on the bookshelf. Plus the two phones, that don't appear to be hooked up.... The closed desk drawers, two of which have no knobs, make me wonder if that's where you keep your pens and pencils for drawing, since those are the only items missing from this picture...nvm Just noticed them behind the bag.

LOL the reason they aren't hooked up is mainly because they're so loud every time they rang they'd startle me! The tire is an unfinished project. And the knobs were removed because my headphone cord kept getting caught on them. Lol thank you for your comment!

LOL... Your headphone cords get hung up on them yet, you hang your headphones on them!

:P Unfortunately for me I have OCD :(. I would loose my mind if my room ever looked like that. O.o Everything in my room has its place and is very symmetrical... I'm trying to break that habit, but to give you an example, I have a large television centered on one of my walls... I bought a tall lamp and put it on one side... Sine it wasn't symmetrical I went out and bout another identical tall lamp for the other side I know I'm crazy...

Well I think it looks great. A place you can walk into and think "Yeah, this guy know what he likes." I can't stand rooms that are mostly empty space, they just... well they look like they're completely empty and not lived in.

I agree! Most peoples houses look like museums the way everything is put away and devoid of soul

Love my (much smaller) Deutche cuckoo clock. Even in total darkness I do not have to open my eyes to know what time it is.

My clock only has two weights, one for the clock mechanism and the other for the cuckoo sound and "chime". What is that third weight on your clock for, Timid?

I honestly couldn't tell you what the third is for. We have a grandfather clock too though, which also has three weights(built by my grandfather ironically, lol). I still need the pendulum. I think my grandmother said she still has it.

Well I love cuckoo clocks. They seem more human than any battery or electrical-operated clocks on the wall.
