All things considered, FA:United was better organized than I thought seeing how it was in its first year. The next one should be better, so I'd say it's worth it.
I tend not to enjoy cons that much, but seeing how I have money, I spend a lot of my time in the dealer's room. I don't know if I'll go to another con any time soon, so your mileage may vary. :)
