This is for a dear friend of mine as a thank you for all the wonderful comments and feedback she's been kind enough to give even when she's so busy.
I did try to do you Bigwig for her, but I fail at rabbits and he looks ridiculous. So have some Basil instead, seeing as how we both love him. For me, he's the "Holmes" I like the most that's not a spoof-version (Caine, I'm looking at you).

As when I did Ratigan, the colours really made him - he so didn't look like Basil up to that point (that'll teach me to do it with sparse ref.). Still his nose is a bit too long, but you can at least tell who it's supposed to be.
Simple colours are simple, but look, I got a background. Fog because, well, it's bloody London and Big Ben because...do I even have to say? Same reason for the proportion-wise inaccurate flag-air-balloon. And yes, I did do Big Ben by hand, with a reference.
Not much else to say, really - did it surprisingly fast for my standards, but it was fun to do. Enjoy everyone
