(EDIT: Brain fart. I put the wrong person as owner of this character. It's definitely Cavor. I was just not paying attention)
cavor's character, who is a super cool hippo anthro! I kinda love hippos and their mouths, so I took a little freedom with figuring out how a hippo would anthropomorphize.
Still deciding whether I should upload all the FC stuff as a batch or put it up individually.
This is a watercolor sketch. Super fun to do, and I just work right into the page with the colored pencils. No regular pencil under drawing.

Called "About hippo who feared vaccination" was filmed on the story.
Reminded because it has a hat and a sick look.
Hmm. Perhaps it was in the village. In cities regular television broadcasts began in 60-70s.

Yakutsk is the Far East, not north.
I'll just live in the north - in Siberia, and in Soviet times only in the villages did not have a regular broadcast TV and radio.
In the Far East, the climate is very harsh and difficult to deliver the goods and there lay the infrastructure, even now, not that in the Soviet period.
