Here's why. This actually isn't even the complete stack of texts I'll be tackling for my graduate classes this semester. There's two books missing at the time of this photo and a lot of material I'll be printing from old PDFs supplied by the professors. Backpack is next to the stack for size scale purposes.

Sadly I took it while I was still in highschool x.x they sent me to the local college for it because I outgrew quite a few of their classes.
I have virtually no text book material now because I am going to a private art college. We actually have all ebooks so I have no idea how big my books actually are.
But I used to have stacks half my size....quite nearly literally, I am only five foot tall xD
