This is just immaculate! I love the smooth shading, the blending and the lighting. It looks like it took a lot of work and patience(or it would definintely for me!). The hair! Omg the shines are so vibrant and it looks so sleek, I love the highlights and the shape/depth. You have just gotten so good at portraying depth, man. Well done dude.
I love the pose and the face here. The eyes just draw you in and I love that expression too. The clothes have this really... tangible feel/texture and I love the placement of the lighting. I like what you did on the clothing and scales with the tones/patterns, it really gives it a unique feel.
Again, the palette really gives this piece a refined feeling and I love the atmosphere it provides.
