Yeah I have similar issues. Although zits repeatedly appearing in the same spot is usually caused by something else, like e.g. a backpack causing one on/behind the shoulder.

I have a recurring zit on the roof of my mouth, right about square in the middle, one in the middle of my left eyebrow which is about as painful as the upper-lip ones, and one in that little crevice on the side of your nose where you can't possible apply any pressure to it but you can feel it THERE every time you wriggle your nose.

I wear hearing aids and I get zits on my ear many time. It drives me crazy! The worst:

the one sitting just inside the entrance to the ear canal and I had to remove the hearing aid to let it "rest" cuz it is painful to wear the aids on when zit is up and swollen. ugh! What worse it swells up so much it get so much liquid pus. bleh! I had to occasionally pop it with a pin to drain it to get it from getting to painful . *insert graphic here*

What I do is hold a hot wet towel on my nose, then rub some jojoba oil on there, use a pimple scraper* to open up the pores and get out the black heads, while alternatively pushing & squeezing the skin around there, then I finish up with some benzoyl peroxide cream.

*kind of like this, the loop is similar but mine has a scraping thing. Most stores keep them around the nail clippers and files.
