Vel stumbles... "Into the Slime Pit" Cover art
I did this for my digital illustration class, as a cover for Into the Slime Pit.
Vel, a seasoned Vixaen adventurer, finds himself in a dire situation when he stumbles into the lower reaches of a cave, with monsters hot on his heels...
I sorta fucked up Vel's angle, so he looks really... leaned back. it sort of works, given that he's supposed to look off-balance and stuff, but it still looks really incredibly wrong x3. either way, the slimes in the picture don't represent any of the slimes from the story specifically. This scene is within the first paragraph, I believe.
