Jennie Doesn't Understand
So they get me all dressed up and take me somewhere. Then they put me on this funny bench that is hard slippery wood with a soft cushion on it kind of like the sofa but it slides around. Sometimes there is a man talking. Maybe he's reading a story but I don't understand most of it and there are no pictures. There's a thing that looks like a storybook over here but it doesn't have any pictures either. Sometimes everybody sings and I want to sing too but I don't know the song so I just make stuff up. Nobody seems to mind except when I try to sing when the man is talking. Then I get shushed and they give me my paci. Mostly it's pretty boring and hard to sit still.
(This came about strangely. I was doodling with my stylus and sketched this out of nowhere. I didn't draw a skeleton first or a sketch with circles and ovals or anything. But I clearly needed to draw this. So I refined it into a final drawing. I'm not the best, but this is what I can do. Sometimes I think I understand about as much as Jennie does.)

Thankoo Gussy! I dunno, it makes me feel bored and kind of sleepy except when everybody sings! Then it's kind of cool! But then they all sit down again. Then there's what looks like snack time but I don't get any which isn't fair, but the man puts his hand on my head and says something that sounds nice in a gentle voice. Maybe he's saying sorry that I don't get any. Then he moves on to the next grownups.
