... or something like it! Hoo boy, this one was quite the monster to tackle, but I'm super thrilled with how it came out! The dude on the horse is something called a unigan (which I'd not heard of previously), named Trevor, owned by the loverly commissioner 
e-kismet! I simultaneously juggled having a lot of wiggle room and a lot of specifics to nail down, and all in all, I'm really happy with the turnout.
... I think this is the first time in my life I've used the motion blur filter in Photoshop, even if it's just the edges. Takes forever to load if you put it on the highest quality setting-- who would've guessed?
