Mostly, it reminds me of how funny it was that she dropped her diary key down the front of one boob instead of into her cleavage. ;P How is sticking a cold, metal key against your nipple any *less* suggestive, network censors?

If that cartoon had been done by Tex Avery, Minerva would have breathed a deep hot breath on the key to warm it up before smiling as she stuck it in there.

Nice sketches. As for the hair.. One, she's a toon. You could quite possibly poor wet cement over her, and her hair would have the same shape. And two, maybe she uses so much hair spray her hair is water repelling.
