This is Ja'orath the dark winged messenger, he wields the truth like a sword and crush morale with a simple word from his book. The book contains any and all possible spells, basically if he can imagine it the spell is in there. It also contains absolute truth, truth so harsh that if anybody read it besides him there head would simply explode at worst and at best they would simply go insane. His banner can crush the morale of any army and can bring entire populaces under his control. Then he leads them away from there city, then gets them lost, and what happens next is a little fuzzy some say that the city is destroyed and they have to either leave or rebuild, some say that the city simply becomes lost into the ether never to be seen again no one truly knows.
