Probably one of the more common warbirds in existence. This B-17G is one of a dozen airworthy aircraft in the U.S. and is referred to as 'Sentimental Journey'. It is owned by the Commemorative Air Force (Arizona Wing) in Mesa, AZ. They also have a B-25 Mitchell which was also part of this airshow.

I was in Arizona for more than 9 years; I would see this aircraft at every airshow as a static display or a performer. Of course, you can never go wrong with a Flying Fortress!
