The Guardian of Ponyville (Sneak Peek)
This piece has been a solid week of work, but I'm finally done! And while this sneak peek doesn't do it much justice (seriously, there's WAY more to this piece, this is just a cropped corner), I wanted to show off what my hard work turned out. It's actually a fully-rendered piece, 10x8" in size, full background, the works. And it's GORGEOUS.
By now I'm sure all MLP fans know that twilight is going to become a princess at the ens of season 3, and gain a set of wings. But even though she'll be a princess, I'm sure Twilight will always be watching over her old home of Ponyville. So the Guardian stands on the clouds at twilight (see what I did there?) to make sure the citizens sleep safely and soundly.
While this is only a section of the full piece, it will be available as a limited print , matted and mounted and signed and numbered, at Texas Furry Fiesta, Furry Weekend Atlanta, and Fiesta Equestria this year. Once they're sold out, they're sold out.
Note: the signature is not actually in that location in the full piece, nor is the watermark present on the prints.

I'm sure the creators are already at work on that. Besides, who is to say that Twilight might not choose to stay a unicorn to stay with her friends? They could probably do a whole season on her coming to terms with what actualy accepting such a change would mean and hold for her and those close to her.
There is still plety that could happen. I kinda suspected something significant was going to happen with Twilight from the first episode of season 3 with the discussion Luna and Celestia were having. Then there is that 'next level' of studies Celestia told Twilight about. I've been wondering what that meant this whole season.
