ah so it's SF II and not IV. I was going to say something about 1 frame command grabs and ultras and nerfs, but I guess that doesn't apply here. I dunno balrog's pretty OP in SFII because it's hard to punish him on block, though it also looks like this guys using a lot more rush punches though, kind of risky compared to the TAP/gigaton punch or flying headbutt.
