He makes some out of his lungs (hense why during intense emotions he tends to 'breath' Brimstone), however, those gauntlets he's ALWAYS wearing? Both have hidden compartments in them, one having a zippo and the other having compressed Brimstone/THC/Black-Cherry flavored Tobacco cigars for a boost. If he's expecting combat, he tends to also bring small Brimstone grenades for big boosts :)
