Fehnniks would get a distinctive tattoo in the right ear for sons or daughters, as viable offspring were an important part of Fehnnik social life/status. Brides got similar style eye make-up to suggest they would bear sons and particularly "fast" females might wear similar eye make-up to imply sexual receptiveness.

Not nessisarily to get kits, though they wouldn't mind, but as a semblance of wedding markings, for, as we all know, there is never any sex outside of marriage. Think of it as euphamistic "married for the night".

Radio Comix did a couple of issues of Tales of the Fehnniks many years ago, and may do some more one of these years. Other than my fannish doodles here, I don't know of any other source at the moment.
