One of our planets predatory species, the Croptora have the qualities of an insect, with an exoskeleton, and a shark, with constantly shedding teeth, but hunts like a crocodile or alligator (a sort of mix between their hunting styles) but some on an occasion will hunt in packs (like wolves). They are amphibious, as in they live on land and in the water. They spend their day usually on the banks of rivers or lakes and rarely venture far from them, only if food is scarce. They live in groups but don’t really have a social order of any kind. Sometimes one might fight for a mate or a small area. Aside from their massive jaws their tails are a weapon as well. Their tails are very similar to the stingers of a jelly fish. They carry a potent nero (don’t know how to spell it) toxin if a prey gets to rowdy. The small hands they have on the front of their jaws are used to help shove food in their mouths as they tend to eat things whole. If you cannot see, they have other small legs at the side of their body that help them move along with their larger legs and help them while they climb on walls.
