haha thank you! That was kind of intentional, I love the look of a flatly colored character over a detailed background.

It's a nice start for backgrounds! Try an ocean beach next, I can see Igor being at one. Looking forward to more. And I certainly feel the same way, especially when creating. It takes a lot out of me so I need a lot of alone time to stay focused on a task.

I really love this. The background is lovely. There's something about those colors that I really enjoy. They're just so soothing and pleasant. I love Igor's pose and expression too. He really looks like he needs a star to wish upon.

I really love the emotions you've captured for Sharpie inside of this picture. He's looking beyond the horizon and up into the skies, wondering about himself and, quite possibly, his direction in life. I enjoyed seeing this type of melancholy feeling displayed in your character. The landscape setting is beautiful (it reminds me of my trips to Utah; and yes, I'm such a global-travelling birdy!). The picture makes me want to reach out to Sharpie and offer him a hug. Awwwwwww. A very wonder, emotionally-charged picture!
