not actually rule 63 since Riptor is female anyway(Yes even in the original games, Riptor lays eggs at some point off screen, plus the devs referring to her as female, hence how there are multiple Riptors in her ending even though she's the only one), but boobs were definitely the one thing she needed(well I mean not needed in the literal sense because she's a lizard, but you know what I mean)
