Ref Sheet Comish - Fear
~~~
Reference sheet commission for
PhoboPhobia of the bearded vulture/gryphon hybrid, Fear. ^^
First finished ref sheet comish, woot! (Have a dragon one coming up.) Decided this format was best for a basic sheet, with the three turnarounds and headshot, with minimal info, without trying to fit all the wings in there and ending up with a really horizontally-stretched ref, (I think they look nicer in a more 'standard sheet' size.)
So Fear here is a vulture/gryphon hybrid, which is why there is more vulture in there than gryph. The only really obvious gryph feature is the tail, and also the buffer legs. Fear is a girl, but is androgynous, ( 'And you gotta deal with it!' she is saying with that cocky, hand-on-hip pose there in the middle.) All sketches/colours were pre-approved by PhoboPhobia, so if anybody goes commenting that Fear doesn't look 'feminine enough,' then shaddup. XD
*sigh* And you guys know how much I love doing avians. I also liked this because it gave me an opportunity to work with ref sheet layout, which is something I'm generally inexperienced in. I'm hoping to have a set layout soon for 'in-depth' sheets for Muzafr as an example. This one here is an example of a 'build-your-own' ref sheet, where the commissioner can either list the elements they'd like, or set a price and I can work from there. It's more flexible, though I am hoping to have a more consistent ref layout soon, inshallah.
I need to make my artist's comments shorter. They're apparently too long, (even with 3-4 sentences, apparently.) So stick 'hemoglobin' in your comment if you read this all.
Commissions are still open! *cocks bullet*
Thanks PhoboPhobia!
They're so rad! <3
I have yet to set a price for the 'in-depth' layout I'll be working on soon, but this was a 'build-your-own.' So basically, you can name your price, and I'll give you some options, or you can tell me what details you'd like, (like how many full-body and detail shots,) and I can get you a price.
